Return and Refund Policy
Lineup Fit prepares and delivers fresh meals. For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, taste preference, missed delivery caused by incorrect address or contact details, or meals that have already been opened or consumed.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at lineupfit_kw@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
