Ordering & Delivery
What is the order cut-off time?
Order by 10PM to receive your meal fresh the following day. Orders placed after 10PM will be delivered the day after tomorrow.
Which areas in Kuwait do you deliver to?
We deliver across Kuwait, including Kuwait City, Salmiya, Hawally, Rumaithiya, Bayan, Mishref, Jabriya, Shuwaikh, Farwaniya, Fahaheel, Ahmadi, and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp and we’ll confirm.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders over 5 KWD. For orders under 5 KWD, a small delivery fee applies at checkout.
Can I schedule deliveries in advance?
Yes. When you order a meal program (7, 14, or 30 days), your deliveries are scheduled automatically for the full duration of the program. Individual meal orders are for next-day delivery only.
What time will my order arrive?
We deliver in the morning so your meal is fresh for the day. Exact delivery windows vary by area. You’ll receive a confirmation message when your order is out for delivery.
Meals & Nutrition
Are your meals really fresh — not frozen?
Yes. Every meal is prepared fresh every morning in our Kuwait kitchen and delivered the same day. We do not freeze, pre-cook in bulk, or reheat meals. What you receive was made that morning.
What does “calorie-counted” mean?
Every meal on our menu has been nutritionally analysed and portioned to hit a specific calorie target. The calorie count and macro breakdown (protein, carbs, fat) for each dish is listed on the product page. Nothing is guesswork.
What are macros, and why do they matter?
Macros — short for macronutrients — are the three main components of food: protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Tracking macros gives you a more complete picture of what your food is doing for your body than calories alone. At LineUpFit, every dish lists all three so you can make informed choices based on your personal goals.
Do your meals contain MSG, preservatives, or artificial ingredients?
No. We do not use MSG, artificial flavourings, or preservatives in any of our meals. Our kitchen uses real ingredients, properly sourced and properly prepared.
Are there options for people with dietary restrictions?
We have a wide range of dishes including high-protein meals, low-calorie options, vegetarian items, and seafood. If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, contact us directly before ordering so we can advise on suitable options.

What meal programs do you offer?
We offer three structured meal programs:
- Weight Loss Program — calorie-controlled meals designed for a caloric deficit
- Fitness Program — high-protein meals for active individuals and gym-goers
- Lifestyle Program — balanced, rotating meals for anyone who wants to eat well every day
All programs are available in 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day durations.
How are the programs different from ordering individual meals?
Programs are delivered daily for the full duration, with different meals each day to prevent repetition. They’re built around a specific calorie and macro target for your goal. Everything is handled for you — you don’t need to track, plan, or think about what to eat. Just eat.
Can I customise my program meals?
Currently, program meals follow a set rotation designed by our nutrition team for your chosen calorie target. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, contact us before purchasing and we’ll advise on the best option for you.
Payment & Account
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and KNET. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
If there’s an issue with your order — wrong item, quality concern, or delivery problem — contact us immediately via Instagram or WhatsApp with a photo and we’ll resolve it. Customer satisfaction is something we take seriously.
