Nothing sits in storage waiting to be assigned.

What Happens in the Kitchen

Preparation begins early morning. Proteins are cooked from raw — no pre-cooked batch protein held from prior days. Rice is freshly made each morning. Spice blends and sauces are prepared daily, not from concentrate or pre-mixed commercial product.

Every portion is weighed before packaging. The calorie and macro counts on the product pages aren't estimates — they reflect actual measured portions. A meal that says 450 kcal is portioned to deliver 450 kcal.
